We ship all our packages via UPS Ground, except for the troublemakers. They go through USPS. Because we import some of our products from all over the world, some online treasures may not be immediately available. These special items may take longer to get to you. Don't despair, though! We will contact you in the event of a delay.
Shipping charges for orders are calculated during the checkout process at the Shop, not online. Furniture items are heavy and bulky. This makes them more expensive to ship! Thus, there is a delivery surcharge for these items. Please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org for call (708) 383-3066 for a quote (and maybe a quick chat?).
Sometimes, online orders don't work out (it's the world we live in). That's why we offer a full store credit with receipt up to 10 days after the date of receipt, less the initial shipping cost. Any returned orders that received free shipping will be less the actual cost of shipping for the original order. Please note that returns after 30 days will not be accepted. Shipping charges as listed above will apply to any exchange orders. Oh, and gift recipients may return items within 14 days of purchase for store credit. For special order items, however, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges. If your item is considered a special order, you will be notified at the time of order placement. Who says you can't have your cake and eat it too? Just put it on Layaway! Leave a third of the total balance with us the first day and pay your fabulous purchase off in increments as you see fit.
We will provide you with a copy of our Layaway Policy Sheet and Record of Payment while you're in the shop, as well as a set up the day of your monthly payment. See? It's that easy!
We love each and every one of our pieces of merchandise dearly. For some, its taken quite a long time and effort to get them to you! Please honor their value if one happens to be compromised while browsing in the shop.
