This is an antique enamel brooch circa the 1920's. The piece measures 2" in width and 1 1/4" in height and sports ochre and black enamel work with a royal purple and deep green iris adorning one side of it. Some of the enamel is vertically chipping in some areas but does not feel faintly that it would flake off upon touching it. The enamel is set onto sterling and is marked on the reverse.
