Mount Royal Hotel Teapot

This is a sweet little teapot for one from the Mount Royal Hotel in Banff, Canada. The Mount Royal Hotel's history dates back to 1908 when it opened for business. Originally called the Banff Hotel, the red brick structure complete with a lead roof, boasted 60 rooms as well as a spacious dining room and billiard room.
The Mount Royal Hotel crest appears on one side of the teapot and sports a fleur de lis, lion, and crown.
It measures 5 1/2" in height and 5 1/2" spout to handle.
It is marked on the bottom: "Can Wm.A.RogersLTD. Heirloom Plate Silver Soldered E.P.N.S. 050 THE MOUNT ROYAL 8oz 161".
The piece has never been polished however, aside from the tarnish, there looks to be some discoloration.
